The Black Pleated chiffon skirt looks great with a structured plain white button up. Classic yet fun and frilly. I could imagine wearing this to work and then changing into a camisole to wear with the skirt out at night. Love it.

I could see a bit of Michael Jackson inspiration in this outfit. I don't see this being worn anywhere, but a fashion editorial. I would love it more with just the shirt and bow tie, or just the vest, with the rest of the outfit.

The draping of the top is very beautiful, dramatic and feminine. However the slouchy rugged cargo looking pants is too much and clashes with the top and even the shoes.
